Is Night Time Pick Up Available?
Yes on request, there is a small charge for this service.
How long does the hire last for?
All hires are for the day, in most cases we drop the equipment off the day before hire and pick up the following day.
Can I pick up and drop back the Equipment?
Yes you are welcome to pick up and drop off equipment. We recommend that if it is the first time you have hired from us that you pay for delivery as we setup the equipment for you.
If you pick up the equipment and have problems setting it up, we will charge a small fee if we have to come out and set up.
What Areas Do You Service?
We service the entire Macarthur region. If you are outside of the Macarthur region, please contact us as we still may be able to deliver to you for a small charge.
Do you offer deals on hiring more than one item?
If you are hiring multiple items we may offer a slight discount. We pride ourselves on offering great value for money.
Do I have to clean the equipment?
No you don’t have to clean the equipment. But on pick up of the Slushie Machines we expect the machine to be emptied before we arrive and also to rinse some warm water through the machine so that ants don’t get into the machine. Also with the chocolate fountain to remove any used chocolate.
Do You Set Up The Equipment?
If you have paid for drop off and pick up yes we setup the equipment. (Jukeboxes, Slushie Machines, Popcorn Machines, Fairly Floss and Chocolate Fountains) Tables and Chairs will be put into a neat pile for you to arrange.
What Payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, Paypal, EFT/Bank Deposit credit card (Master Card and Visa) we do not accept American Express or Diners
All EFT/Bank Deposits must be cleared into our account before the event. With all hires there is a $200 Deposit for each Machine taken – refunded upon return of machine (conditions apply).
